  • This layer contains the official infrared orthophotos covering the national territory of Luxemburg, and that have been produced following a surveying flight in summer 2010 under the responsibility of the administration du cadastre et de la topographie. The pixel size is 25cm.

  • In the scope of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) requiring countries and airports to provide electronic Terrain and Obstacle Data (eTOD), the Administration de la navigation aérienne has been tasked by the Government to take the steps necessary to comply with this requirement. This Digital Surface Model (DSM) is the result of a first LIDAR survey flight that has been done in October 2017 and is of a higher resolution than required by ICAO, thus for general purpose, harmonied according to INSPIRE requirements. For this reason this DSM also uses the national reference systems LUREF and NGL. The data itself is split up in 4 different areas, which are specified as follows: Area 1: The entire territory of Luxembourg; Area 2: Terminal Control Area (this area is larger than the territory of Luxembourg); Area 3: Aerodrome movement area; Area 4: Category II or III operations (Runway 24).

  • This dataset contains the 2019 Digital Surface Model of Luxembourg, with a resolution of 1 meter. It has been harmonized according to INSPIRE. In february 2019, the ACT has executed a LiDAR flight for the whole country. One of the results of this dataset is a digital surface model. The numerical surface model is derived from data from the LiDAR 2019 overflight. For the calculation of the MNS, all the points in the point cloud were used, except the points classified as "power lines" (representing high voltage lines) and the points classified as “noise points” (representing errors). With a density of 15 points per m2, it is possible that several points are located in a pixel. The pixel value (50x50 cm) represents the maximum of the altimetric values inside the pixel surface. The numerical model of the surface contains for each pixel the maximum value of the absolute height.

  • This layer contains the official orthophoto from the 2021 surveying flights with a ground sampling distance of <= 10 cm per pixel (GSD). The absolute planimetric accuracy of the orthophoto can be given with a mean squared error MSE <= 20 cm. The perspective displacement is <= 25 %. The orthophoto covers the territory of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg with an overlap of at least 50 m beyond the state border. The surveying flights took place with a sun position of >= 30 ° on September 3, 4, 8, 22 and 23 2021.

  • In february 2019, the ACT has executed a LIDAR flight for the whole country. Issued from the same flight, this aerial image (orthophoto) is primary for technical use. The pixel size is 20cm.

  • This layer contains the infrared orthophotos covering the national territory of Luxembourg. The 4 surveying flights took place on 2, 8 and 27 July and 5 August 2018, with a sun position of > 35°. The ground sampling distance is <0,20m. The perspective displacement is in general <25%, except for Luxembourg-City, where it is <15% for a zone of 10x9km (90km2, centered on the coordinates 78000 east and 74500 north). On the borders, a zone of 50m behind the country border is included.

  • This layer contains the official orthophotos covering the national territory of Luxembourg. The surveying flights took place on July 30 and 31, August 5, 6, and 7 and September 13, 14, 15 and 19, 2020, with a sun position of > 35°. The ground sampling distance is < 0,20 m. The perspective displacement is < 25 %. On the borders, a zone of 50 m behind the country border is included.
