  • The "Cadastre GSM" or "Cadastre hertzien" is integrated into the national geoportal of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg (direct URL: https://map.geoportail.lu/theme/cadastre_hertzien?version=3&zoom=8&X=772788&Y=6379807&lang=fr&layers=811-802-801&opacities=1-1-1&bgLayer=basemap_2015_globall). It allows anyone wishing to take note of the location and technical characteristics of the mobile phone antennas.

  • A medium combustion plant is any technical device with a rated thermal input of 1 MW or more and less than 50 MW in which combustible products are oxidised in order to use the heat thus produced, such as combustion plants, engines and gas turbines. All medium combustion installations must be registered with the Environmental Administration, which keeps a public register with information on each installation. The operating conditions and the obligations of the operators of these installations are laid down in the Grand-Ducal Regulation of 24 April 2018 on the limitation of emissions from medium combustion installations.

  • The concept of aquatic habitat connectivity is based on the migration of aquatic species from habitats presenting favorable local conditions to habitats presenting less favorable habitats. Based on the structural quality mapping carried out in 2013-2014 and the planning conditions and restrictions, the watercourse network of the luxemburgish surface water bodies was divided into six categories of functional elements.

  • This layer contains the official orthophotos covering the national territory of Luxemburg, and that have been produced following a surveying flight in summer 2016 under the responsibility of the administration du cadastre et de la topographie. The pixel size is 25cm. Light versions (1m, 10m) available.

  • This dataset contains the geographical names of the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg. The dataset is structured according to the INSPIRE Annex I Theme - Geographical Names. The data has been derived from the Topographical databases "BD-LTC" and the Cadastral Database "PCN", according to the different Scale Levels.
