This dataset was reported by the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg under the EU Directive 2012/18/EU (Seveso III). Facilities are classified into two categories: either lower-tier establishments or upper-tier establishments. This dataset was reported by the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg under the Birds Directive 2009/147/EC for period 2013 - 2018.
