Evaluation of the quality element “continuity” per surface water body

This dataset contains the railway nodes of the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg. The dataset is structured according to the INSPIRE Annex I Theme - Transport networks. The data has been derived from the BD-LTC Database and contains railway nodes without further network information.

The ecological status of the natural waterbodies is assessed in 5 classes going from 1 to 5 (high, good, moderate, poor, bad). The classification of the ecological status is based on the biological quality elements, physico-chemical quality elements and in some cases also the hydromorphological quality elements.

According to the water framework directive WFD(DIR 2000/60/CE), important physico chemical parameters are measured in the surface water bodies for the assessment of the ecological status. The modalities for this monitoring are stated in the grand ducal Regulation of 30 December 2010 (règlement grand-ducal you 30 décembre 2010 concernant l 'évaluation of the dimension d' eau de surface).

This layer contains the official orthophoto from the 2021 surveying flights with a ground sampling distance of <= 10 cm per pixel (GSD). The absolute planimetric accuracy of the orthophoto can be given with a mean squared error MSE <= 20 cm. The perspective displacement is <= 25 %. The orthophoto covers the territory of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg with an overlap of at least 50 m beyond the state border. The surveying flights took place with a sun position of >= 30 ° on September 3, 4, 8, 22 and 23 2021.
