  • This dataset was reported by the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg under the Urban Waste Water Treatment Directive. Under article 15, discharges from urban waste water treatment plants have to be monitored to verify compliance with the emission control standards. Member States and Commission have jointly developed technical specifications for such reporting within WISE (Water Reporting System for Europe). Delivery process or content of this obligation overlaps with another reporting obligation (http://rod.eionet.europa.eu/obligations/645). This reporting obligation is an Eionet core data flow Reporting under this obligation is used for EEA Core set of indicators Delivery process is managed by EEA

  • This dataset was reported by the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg under the Environmental Noise Directive . This dataset contains the estimated population in the agglomeration ≥ 100,000 inhabitants affected by noise during day-evening-night by major roads ≥ 3 million vehicles per year.

  • This dataset was reported by the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg under the following obligation: "Water Framework Directive - River Basin Management Plans - 2016 Reporting". For operational purposes, the following obligations are part on the 2016 WFD RBMP reporting process: - "Water Framework Directive - River Basin Management Plans - 2016 Spatial data" - "Water Framework Directive - River Basin Management Plans - 2016 RBDSUCA XML data" - "Water Framework Directive - River Basin Management Plans - 2016 RBD XML data" This reporting obligation is an Eionet core data flow This dataset is one element of these.

  • This dataset was reported by the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg under the Birds Directive 2009/147/EC for period 2008 - 2012. Article 12 requires Member States to report about the progress made with the implementation of the Birds Directive. The Commission in agreement with Member States has revised the reporting procedure in order to focus the reporting on data that inform about the status of bird populations, thereby streamlining the reporting with the reporting under Article 17 of the Habitats Directive. This reporting obligation is an Eionet core data flow Delivery process is managed by EEA See also: http://wms.inspire.geoportail.lu/geoserver/ps/PS.ProtectedSitesNatureConservation-Birds/wms?service=WMS&version=1.3.0&request=GetCapabilities

  • This dataset was reported by the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg under the Air Quality Directive. This dataset contains the network of all Air Quality monitoring stations where measurement data is collected for the purpose of the assessment as indicated by Member States according to Article 9 for the pollutants listed in Parts B and C of Annex I. • This dataset was reported by the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg under the Habitats Directive for period 2007 - 2012. Article 17 requires Member States to report every six years about the progress made with the implementation of the Habitats Directive. As the main focus of the directive is on maintaining and/or restoring a favourable conservation status for habitat types & species of community interest, monitoring & reporting under the directive is focusing on that. Monitoring of conservation status is not restricted to Natura 2000 sites and data need to be collected both in and outside the Natura 2000 network to achieve a full appreciation of conservation status.
